How to hold your camera – Video tutorial

I see it every time I have a class of beginners. Awkward hands wrapping clumsy fingers around cameras. Believe it or not, most people don’t really know how to hold their camera properly.

You see it a lot on TV too. Actors that don’t know how to hold their prop cameras.

Keep your left hand under the lens so you won’t block your pop up flash.

If you hold your camera properly you’ll have less problems with camera shake.
